Never have I ever
6 years and with Xfinity prior to that and the services I get have caused Dcfs to show up at my home due to Xfinity and the lack of communication and unknown customer service. I pay my landlord for my internet and cable. I added cameras for some safety concerns that a neighbor has been attempting to break into my home, stab me and more. When I got the cameras customer service rep not onetime mentioned that my internet and cable could be shut off if the bill of my cameras would not be paid. Second, they failed to ship the cameras or send an email stating that two of the cameras would be arriving late like almost 30 days late. After several calls I finally got the last two. Then the shipping of cameras that was late was not disclosed as I was told they would wave the fees. Third, the cameras I have never been able to set up which they offered a tech to come out at my cost that I don’t have the money for to pay them for the install due to repairing damages from neighbor. Fourth, I sent a message through the chat after being transferred so many times that I asked for my services of my package deal with streaming services and the home security to be shut off simply because i am not able to use them so no use for them. Fifth, not only did they not get shut off but they continued to charge even after the fact the shut my bulk account I pay to my manager for with my cable but they still chargwd me for services that obviously wasn’t able to use due to Xfinity shutting them off. My services have been shut off for over 30 days. My kid does homeschooling and now I have to stay at my house you talk to Management. They won’t give account information you talk to Xfinity you get transferred and talked to FCC. They’re shut down at this point, but I did file a complaint. I will never recommend Xfinity to anybody and I will get my money back if not more along with the damage is done. I’m fed up between this bulk contract. I will never ever go through Xfinity again as a customer service has been truing for I’m not paying for services that obviously they shut off never disputed the bill however that’s what I’m here to do now no one should’ve gone to disconnect the Internet or the cable unless it was my Property Management, which it wasn’t I shouldn’t have to get my lease agreement or anything else like that over to Xfinity in order for them to continue my Internet and my cable. Apparently no one knows what they’re doing. Good thing they have the tenant laws in the state of Of Utah and good thing I can hold you guys accountable for educational neglect because if I go down, you’re all going down with me after all the documented documentation I have in the phone calls with multiple transfers, and multiple people saying they will take care of it. This is gonna be a fight and it’s gonna be a bite for you guys too not to mention you guys added on my gave me Internet back but now I’m paying an extra 80 bucks not OK with it. I want it shut off and I want Xfinity to know that they have become the worse of all. Thanks
