Need to change contact number/email
I need to change my contact number and email. I lost my phone with the email you use for validation and had to get a new phone. I can't approve the change because you sent the request approval to either my phone number or email. Yes, there is an option to get it on the app but that requires validation using either my phone number - which I don't have access to - or my email - which I don't have access to. I need the validation sent to my @comcast.net email but I can't change it.
HELP!

Apologies to hear you are having this situation. I lost my phone a while ago and went through a similar process. Our security team is amazing, and I know that they will be able to figure out a solution. I did include their contact information, and hours here below.
