Need help logging into new acc
I had a previous account few years ago. I started a new account but somehow it shows up my information from my previous account. What do I do? Would you please remove old account?

The easiest way to set up your new account is by going to xfinity.com/getstarted. That will allow youy to set up your account access and you can even choose which account to associate your log in with.
