Need assistance transferring old user over from previous address

I'm trying to transfer an old email account over from the previous account at our old address.  I can log on but the email has been inactive a few years so using the invite user feature is not working because the email account wont load.

Hello, @Garyb1110! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums. This one can be a tricky one. As you have mentioned the email has been inactive for years, it should have been purged from the system after 9 months of inactivity. We would like to have a closer look into this. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
