Name Change on Account
Hi,
I've legally updated my name, and no matter how many times I tell xfinity, and no matter how many times I've been told it has been changed, it has not been. I have all the paperwork, but nowhere to send it (if needed). I just powered up my XUMO device, and it still shows it incorrectly.
Can someone please reach out to me? Because the virtual chats and everything else don't seem to be cutting it.
