My Xfinity Forum email address needs to be updated
I had to close the email account I setup on forums.xfinity due to it being hacked. This happened 4 years ago and you were supposed to update it with my new email. This has not been done. How do I get my xfinity forum email address updated? Obiviously I no longer have access to it, so if you send an email there I will not recieve it.

Hello, dmw1970! Thank you for reaching out to us on Xfinity Forums. We understand your concern about the email associated with your profile. Unfortunately, due to platform limitations with profile management, Administrators are unable to update email addresses on existing profiles.
If you'd like to use a different email address, you'll need to create a new profile with the desired email (e.g., another Comcast.net address). If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to let us know!
