My Xfinity Account Id

Ahoy! I have

as an Xfinity Account Id user name from 2017 to reflect that I was getting two free, one-hour passes every month. Now, Xfinity has its Now Wi-FI Passes that I can buy for one month at a time with a generic gift card. I don't need my old, original

that stands for

. How do I delete that account user name Id? Do I need it for this forum message board? For Xfinity Now Wi-FI Passes, I need a street address, an E-Mail address, a phone number, and a generic brand gift card loaded with at least $20 for a one-month purchase.

The smart phone I am using is advanced enough, but Xfinity settings are not showing as they should, so maybe I can just keep the user name account Id [Edited: "Personal Information"] for signing into this community forum message board. My Xfinity account is not active with my account user name Id because it is for getting a paid service plan with Xfinity Mobile, which is something I can't get because it is too involved. I can only get Now Wi-FI Passes for which Xfinity accepts a gift card.

user_0d8h34 Do you have another device (tablet/PC/Laptop) to check the settings?
