My username is not accessible.

When I got my new Xfinity ID a couple of weeks ago, it cannot be signed into. Now I cannot stream using my Xfinity Stream app, viewing my account, etc.

Hello @user_991252, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you encountered issues accessing your online account with your Xfinity ID.  When you try logging into your online account with your Xfinity ID, what error message is it giving you?

user_991252 - Thank you for sharing the message you're receiving. That is not the message we want. We will get to the bottom of this. Just to confirm have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Steam app? Also, are you able to log into your account just fine otherwise?
