My bill and service
Yes my bill is showing that I paid the first one I got up this morning and on my account it says that I owe $405 I'm not understanding that and when I called the phone service it's telling me what I need to do as far as calling they can't help me but online so what am I supposed to do from here

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
