It says I can't make changes to my own account that by the way I closed 6 months ago.I need to contact the account  holder also it say I recived a 100.00  dollar gift card can't access  thst either.

What kind of changes are you attempting to make on a closed account?

If you were to receive a Visa Gift card it should have been sent to you.

@user_nkd52o We can help you with your account concerns today. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@user_mhyhz1 What kind of change are you trying to make? Is the gift card under your name? Was this for a residential account service promotion?

You say you received the gift card but you can't use it?  Was it because it expired before you tried using it?

Without giving the employees the information they request it's a bit hard to help you at all.

@XfinityDilary​ yes my home account I was not trying to change anything  just trying to sign in because it told me to.i was trying to set up new account but my old one was still active  for some reason I had called and cancled it months and  months ago
