My account wont load after verification

i have tried to log on 3 times and it gives me a 404 error

Hello, @user_o2mdbn sorry to read you are getting an error when attempting to log on to your account. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps like clearing your cookies and cache? Do you get this same error in incognito/private mode?

I'm also not able to get into my account as of the last hour. It keeps telling me my CORRECT username (my email address associated with my Comcast account) is wrong. I tried multiple browsers and devices and same problem on all. Most of the time it tell me my ID is wrong even though it isn't, and a couple of times it gave me this message: {"Message":"No HTTP resource was found that matches the request URI 'https://content.xfinity.com/sitecore/api/learn/neptune/customer/existing/postauth?error=login_required&error_description=User login required&state=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.xfinity.com%2Fauth'."}
