My account shows additional numbers

when I log into my account, I see my email and phone numbers, but then a bit below there is a section called  - phone numbers. There are two other number listed which I would like to remove, but I dont have an option to do so. Can you please help? Thanks

Hello @user_010879 Thanks for reaching out for help with removing the phone numbers from your account. To make sure I understand where the numbers are located to help with removing them, are you accessing your account via website and in the account portion for Account and Identity or did you select Xfinity ID and Security and show the numbers there that you want removed? If it is within Account and Identity you should be able to follow the steps here to update those details. Do those steps help with removing the numbers?

I appreciate quick response. Unfortunately, these steps don't work. The problem is that my correct phone number is listed and linked my account, but the issue I have is that there are two other phone numbers (different) that are listed under my account and these numbers do not belong to me. Essentially what I see is a total of 3 phone numbers - 1 that belong to me and that number is correct, and 2 other numbers that belong dont belong me to. These two numbers that dont belong to me I want to remove.

Thank you for trying and providing the additional details on the trouble. If it's OK I would love to take a look and see if I have the option on this side to help out and remove those numbers. One thought is if you have other ID's on the account, the numbers may be associated to those ID's. I will be able to check and see if that is the case. Please send us a direct message with your name and service address.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
