My account says I’m not the primary account holder

when I try to pay my bill it says I’m not the primary account holder, so then I did the user id lookup and it shows the primary as empty and it has my information as just a user can I please get some help!!!

EFitch00 we  can help by taking a closer look at your account. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page. Once we locate your account we can send you a verification message and take a closer look at your Xfinity IDs.

user_ksdnja The icon will be present after you create your first post. If you need assistance, you can create a new post outlining your concern. The post will create a ticket and be assigned to the support team, which will follow up on your post. If needed, they will then request a direct message.
