"My account" Page Unavailable - Stuck on "thank you for your purchase"
I recently purchased a new internet service to be delivered to my new apartment complex that I am moving into. After completing the purchase and establishing my account, the website becomes stuck on the screen that says "thank you for your purchase" along with my new account information. When I go to click the "my account" tab on the website, the same page that says "thank you for your purchase" shows up every time and I am unable to access any other part of the website to track my new internet package. Please help!
