I cannot access My Account at https://customer.xfinity.com/. When I click on the link I get the pop up shown below.
Disregard. I was able to access My Account on a different computer.

Glad to hear @lila-godel . If you can access it from a different computer, I suggest you clear your cache or try a different browser.
