user_du219w If you're using the Xfinity App, the best way to get access to your lineup would be through our Chat assistant. You can ask "View channel lineup". The option will be available to select there, and that will take you to a different page that will allow you to find your address and log in to view your lineup. The same can be done for your account information. Type in "View my plan details". Let us know if this helps!
