Multiple linked accounts gone

We have several Xfinity accounts for our residential guest suites attached to one main username/password.  A few months ago the main account had services removed and I attempted multiple times to have one of the active accounts renamed as the primary account.  Now when I log in, all of the other linked accounts are missing and the only one showing is the non-active account.  We have had this set up like this for years and I need it fixed.  

You took away the ability to make payments online without having to login.  None of the accounts have a mobile number connected to it, so I can't set them up individually.  I just want them back the way they were.  Plus there was no warning or email sent that this was going to happen.

@corpunit1745 Thank you for reaching out here on Forums, I understand the need and importance of having your accounts linked, Lets try to get your account back on track, you can create a user for them and add a mobile number then link them. Please try the following steps https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/create-xfinity-username. Let me know how this works.

I already had the accounts linked.  I want them restored to the existing username and one of the active accounts made the primary.  I can't even add any users to the primary account because the primary account is no longer active.
