Moved service address, peacock premium is now not working
I had Peacock Premium for free from Xfinity. I moved addresses and I think they gave me a new account number or something during the move. Not really sure. But now, when I try to activate Peacock Premium through the link on my xfinity account/subscriptions page (it goes to a peacock page) i get this error:
Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here’s How to Find It

I've seen other people post with this problem. I do not want to make a new peacock account with a different email (some people said that is the solution). Xfinity, please help. Peacock says i have to go through you.

SOLUTION:
I reached out to Peacock customer support (Peacock Help - Get in touch) and asked them to unlink my Xfinity account from my Peacock account and they did that. Then, I followed the normal steps to activate Peacock through Xfinity (Peacock) and it worked. Hopefully that helps people in the future. It looks like it is more of a Peacock technical issue than Xfinity.

Good evening @tryingtofix_peacck, and thank you for reaching out on our Forums with your Peacock subscription concerns. I see that you stated since you recently moved, you are receiving an error when trying to activate your Peacock Premium. You might be receiving this error because the Peacock subscription is still linked to the old, inactive account. Have you tried removing the old service address from your profile by unlinking the old account using the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts?
