Moved and Account no Longer Active
Hi there,
I recently moved, and now when I sign into my xfinity account it says that my account is no longer active, and that my last bill was my 'final bill' It seems my account didn't get updated with the new address we moved to. When I try to edit my plan it also says to contact the account owner which is myself..
