Monthly statement

I do not understand why my monthly bill keeps getting higher and if it keeps going higher I will have no option but to change my service to another company. It's definitely not what I want to do but your price keep going up and honestly not seeing that we are getting anything more than we have. I try to pay my bills at the first of the month and I don't get my bill before I pay it but I go back and check what I had paid previously. I'll go for a while and have an over paid balance on my bill then I get a bill and I'm 400.00 late. That's crazy!!! I atone point had 4 or 5 TVs hooked up and now I just have I that actually works. Another one in the bedroom works sometimes and yet I have less and pay more. I just want to keep it short. The bottom line is if my bill continues to go up ( if there's nothing you can do to lower it) I'll have to go with someone else. I've been using Comcast since 2002 and it breaks my heart to even have this conversation.
