monthly statement pdf will not open in adobe reader

My monthly statement pdf will not open in adobe reader. This has been the case since September. Why is this happening and how can I get a monthly statement that I can open?

Hi @flash333, we've flagged the issue to the relevant teams. No pending ETA from those teams at the moment.

 

The workaround is to go here and click on the PDF:

Just throwing this out....

Although I have Adobe Reader on my system, I primarily use Foxit Reader instead.  It is also free, and has a lot of nice features that at one time AR did not have, which is why I've stuck with Foxit.  I also rarely have any problems with documents not opening, so, if nothing else, it's a good backup to Adobe Reader.
