Mistaken Shipment?
I was mistakenly shipped a new customer package. I tried to cancel this today and spoke with one of your representative, but I am still receiving “shipping updates” saying it is getting sent through UPS. How do I cancel this shipment and deactivate the account

Hello @user_72fe5a that is a great question thank you for coming to our community forums for help! If the order has already shipped you can refuse the shipment once it arrives I just put a note on my door if I am not home. Once the equipment/services with the order are not activated after a few days the account will automatically close out and with our customer 30-day guarantee, there will be no issues at all for you.
