Missing Entitlement Code for Included ESPN Unlimited (Ultimate TV + More Sports Package)

Hello,

I am unable to link or activate the complimentary ESPN Unlimited subscription that is included with my Xfinity service.

My exact package is Ultimate TV with the More Sports & Entertainment Package. I explicitly have all baseline ESPN channels active on my cable boxes, which qualifies my account for the ESPN Unlimited benefit.

However, when I visit the Xfinity Subscription Management Page, there is no "Activate" button appearing next to the ESPN logo. ESPN Support confirmed they cannot find the link request from Xfinity's side, and the automated chat assistant cannot resolve backend provisioning.

This appears to be a known backend issue where older or heavily bundled accounts are missing the specific digital entitlement rate code required to push the activation flag to MyDisney/ESPN.

Could an official Xfinity corporate employee please check my account features and manually add the necessary ESPN Unlimited entitlement code to clear this block?
