Messed up account

I have been with Comcast for years and am listed as a Diamond member. I currently have NOW internet but it is not recognized when I sign into my account to claim access to Peacock, it tells me I don’t have NOW service on the account. If I log into the NOW site it shows my service with the same account number, but the xfinity site does not see the NoW service. I have spent hours chatting with support online, all claim they can fix it then give up and transfer me to someone else where I have to start over explaining the problem. I’ve probably chatted with 15 different techs. There appears to be duplicate account info that needs to be merged into one so I can claim Diamond member services.  Who can I talk to to get this fixed?

Good afternoon user_8q5jmo. I would be happy to look into this further for you. In addition to the NOW Internet, do you have any other Xfinity service with us at this time?

Thank you for that clarification. NOW internet customers are not eligible for that membership program. The only option to have kept your membership status would have been if you had maintained at least one eligible product. I can check to see if there is a duplicate account showing from here if you can send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service. To send a direct message.
