Messed up access to my account

I am the account owner/holder.  I was set up on my account as the Manager (I think) and my husband also had some capabilities but can't remember if he was a member or something else.  He always receives the xfinity alert emails (such as equipment becoming outdated, faster internet speed available, etc.) even though I should be the one to receive them.  So I was messing around in my account and accidentally made myself only a member, even though I am responsible for everything on the account.  How can I rectify this?  Is there a technical support number I can call?  Also how do I receive all the emails I am not getting?

Hello @TMG211, and thanks for reaching out with your concerns about email notifications, and user levels. If you don't have access to the primary user which sounds like the case, our CSA team would be the best to assist you at 1 (888) 565-4329 with getting user ID put in the way you want. Once that is done, in the primary user ID the email listed "preferred" would be the email the notification emails get sent to which should correct your second reques if I read that right. If I missed anything, or you need further assistance, l'm happy to help in any way I can.

@XfinityEricB​ Thank you.  Last week I direct messaged support and they told me to call CSA (I don't know what that stands for), which I did, and they could not help me :(  But I was given a different telephone number.  Do you think I will have better luck with tel. number you gave me?

It's the right number I promise. CSA stands for Customer Security Assurance team. They are the only team with the ability to modify user ID setting given that is a security feature for accessing your account online. They should be able to get your request completed for you.
