Good afternoon user_687p57. I can certainly understand the concern if you are not currently able to access the Xfinity Membership Benefits page. I will be happy to assist you. I do have a couple of questions to better understand the situation.
Are you having issues accessing the page on a mobile device or a computer/laptop? Have you already attempted another browser? If you haven't already can you attempt to clear the browsing history on your device?
