Max subscription cancel.

I signed up for HBO Max on the HBO website. When I went to cancel it's says I'm being billed thru Xfinity now. Xfinity agents says I'm not being billed thru Xfinity. I just want to cancel please

Hello user_oky8cx , I definitely understand it being frustrating being told countering things by both companies. If the service is being billed through us directly we can certainly get it removed. Are you seeing the charge listed on your bill with us? Or do you get a charge on your bank/card from HBO?

It's not on my Xfinity bill I only have Internet.

It sounds like you may not have that add-on billed through us, but I can take a look at your account to confirm. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
