Manage Premium Channels page will not load
Hello, I just signed up to use the Peacock Premium service provided with my internet package. However, it is giving me the advertisement version and I wish to upgrade to the ad-free version. However, every time I click on the Manage Premium Channels button on the Change Plan page it just redirects me to a page that just says :
We're sorry.
It looks like you'll need some help managing your channels.
Please contact us and one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives can help
However, clicking the link does not actually bring me anywhere where I could find any assistance. It has been down for several days now.

user_26vk56 hello, how are you doing? We'll do all we can to help. There's a chance we may need to use Peacock support but we will confirm the issue and assist you further. Just send us a direct message when you have a chance. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
