Lost account ID, Address not recognized, and email invalid

I recently moved without Xfinity's moving feature. Now, I want to access the old account to modify the plan as I won't need it as often. The issue is I have no access to the phone number I signed up with, xfinity won't accept the address, and it wants me to reset my password from 3 years ago (which requires my email that it won't accept, even though I'm sure I used it to create the account, I have old emails from xfinity there). All I have is the account number from recent bills, is there any way I can log in with this?

Greetings, user_ui4jsf! We are happy to help further with your accounts. Have you tried to link the accounts? That will link your Xfinity ID to both accounts. You can then switch between the addresses.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
