I keep getting an email regarding to level up faster speeds. I tried clicking on my plans to see if I can upgrade. And everytime I get this error: Looks like you'll need some extra help completing your order.

Thats the ERROR code.
Used the xfinity assistant to chat, and Xfinity chat agent keeps disregarding that there is no offer and says the email is spam when I ask about the plan?
