Looks like you can't make changes to this plan.

I canceled xfinity 2 years ago, but now I'm trying to add a new plan. I get redirected to a page saying "looks like you can't make changes to this plan' when I try to view plans.

I'm happy to see you'll be joining us again, @ww1029! When you disconnect your account, access to Xfinity My Account is limited and you're no longer able to use it for a plan change, so that's why you're seeing this happen. I'm sorry for any confusion!

For starting services with us again, you'll want to make sure you're signed out of any accounts, pick a new plan, then continue through the signup process to have services activated and access to Xfinity My Account restored!
