looking to modify my services

looking to possibly just continue with internet and discontinue all other services with Xfinity. I have been a customer for over 20 years. also online continues to tell me I’m not primary person to make decisions on my account. it gives you a headache trying to straighten this out tge primary email J no longer use and for over 8 yrs have been using my other email tgey also have this one in recorded

user_5n3bay Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your options for internet-only plans. You are always welcome to make changes as your needs change so thank you so much for asking for help. We have a great page set up that shows you all our current options check out our repackage tool. You may want to update your user role information first if you are getting an error. The Primary role would need to be changed in your profile if you are receiving that error message that would be a change you make on your end. Sign in to the old profile and update the information there to be what you prefer. You can then delete the other profile so you do not keep getting swapped around if you would like.
