i can access it fine - those are the urls i get directed to when i select sign in option on your site.  they just seem to be oddly long, and my devices have been hacked before, so....

i tried your link and the following is what i got.  very strange the "l" is missing.  thanks for the info re security issues.

This site can’t be reached

ogin.xfinity.com’s server IP address could not be found.

so that takes me to the page where i select "account" on top left to sign in, which takes me to a new login page, just like before.

Thank you for sharing that with me. I was able to replicate the long URL on my end as well for the actual 'Sign in' page so this seems to be a normal function. With that said, this is why we always recommend logging into your online account by accessing the links provided on our Home Page. If you happen to receive a link in an email or are unsure of the legitimacy of the link, we highly recommend reaching out to our CSA (Customer Security Assurance) team so that they can look into it further.
