login to account error message

attempting to login into account via Opera.  Receive a "You don't have permission" message.  I am permitted to login using chrome.

Hello user_g6sc4k ,  sorry to hear that Opera is not allowing you to login. Please try the following steps and let me know if it helped.

1. Click on Opera menu Settings

2. Click on Privacy & security

3. Click on Third-party cookies

4. Under Sites allowed to use third-party cookies

5. Add http://login.xfinity.com

6. Close and open the browser again

7. Log into your account.

Thank you for your response.  Unfortunately it was unsuccessful.  

The problem is not really the login is page, it is the password page.  After I enter my account and it attempts to bring up the password page is where I get the error URL.

@user_g6sc4k Sorry to hear that didn't work. Other options if you haven't tried them yet would be to make sure the Opera browser had the most recent update and to disable any VPNs or ad blocker browser extensions if you are using them.
