Login not allowed?
Message: "you are logged in but we are not able to access your account. Would you like to try again?" I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I am signed into the correct ID. Please help.

Hello, @user_0ae0a3, when it comes to an Xfinity ID issue or login issue like this it's best if we take a closer look at the account. This is because we need to talk about account specific information and it sounds like you have the right ID and password already. When you have a moment please send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." You can do this by using the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page.

Update: the solution to this issue is to contact Xfinity Support. There isn't a way to fix this on your own, it needs customer support. Fortunately, customer service is great. Good luck!
