Login loop

Everytime I try to sign in after starting new service the website just takes me back to the sign in screen. Clearing my caches and cookies did nothing. And incognito did nothing

@user_q46op4 Have you by any chance tried using a different device and/or browser? How about the app, have you attempted to sign in using the incredible Xfinity app?

The app says I am not authorized. I also could not get it to work on another device
