Login Loop
Ever since the update to the xfinity website I get stuck in a constant login loop.. I login to my account, say I wanna check my bill.. I have to login yet again.. and then it loads me to a billing page but then loads me back to the login page.. rinse repeat til I get fed up with it. This is just crazy.. I have cleared my history, cache, and cookies multiple times and there is no fix. I have checked the forums and this is not the first time it has happened to someone. Please fix whatever issue is causing this because it is getting ridiculous at this point.

Hey there @xDominiic we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your struggles with logging in via xfinity.com. A few follow-up questions for you: What browser are you using when logging on? Have you attempted to login using incognito mode or an alternate browser, with the same results? Are you having any login issues on the Xfinity Stream or Xfinity App?

OK, gotcha! The reason I'm asking about App access as well is that we need to see if this is more of a browser issue or more of a login issue. If issues are present in both then that would point more toward a login issue than anything else. Does this happen on any Xfinity ID associated with the account? Are all browsers/Chromecast up-to-date?

I don't think it is a browser issue if it is happening across all three browsers or when using incognito mode.. Not sure what you mean by any xfinity id associated with the account.. I have my regular email/username and then my login password...
Yes all browsers up to date. Not sure how to update the chromecast, but I can stream to it now, I couldn't months ago. I can't stream on my desktop now.

TI am stuck in the LOGIN LOOP and it's been days....March 2024 ! I tried all the posted solutions...clear history, cache, cookies. I can login NP on my laptop. There is no way to contact support or customer service for app questions other than the defaults. Grrrrr Xfinity !
