login loop for account settings

From a Win 7 PC, using different browsers, Chrome, Edge, Mozilla, I can log into my primary account and see email but I I try to go to account settings to change passwords, I get another login screen, I re-enter credentials then a mostly blank screen with the words "cookie preferences" at the top appears for a few seconds, goes away by it's self, then right back to the credentials for login screen.

I did a "clean up reset" on chrome, didn't help. Also tried browsers in a sandbox, that didn't help.

I alternately, momentarily turned off the firewall, then firewall back on, ativirus off. Each in turn was only off long enough to test the login - still looped

From a Windows 10 PC, I could get to the account settting and change passwords using chrome

But the funky "cookie preferences" screen flashes between every screen change as I navigate the accounts settings.

I used account settings from the Win 7 PC sometime in the not too distant past.

Since the Xfinity pages as displayed seem to be frequently changed, it makes me believe something has been done with the coding that the Win 7 PC browser versions don't like.

The Win10 PC uses the same antivirus - just an FYI

Googling the issue, seems to have been a problem in the past for Comcast.

Thank you for letting us know about the issues accessing the site on the Windows 7 operating system. It sounds like you have done a lot of troubleshooting on your own, so at this point I think the best next step would be to create a report with this information: https://spa.xfinity.com/report. That report will give the option for "I can't reach a website I want to go to" and allows you to enter further information. We appreciate you letting us know, and for all the detail provided!

I am having the same issue. I am in a constant login loop. Login. Approve MFA on Xfinity App. Then it dumps me back to the login screen prompting for password. Login again and it works. 

This is on Window 10 in Chrome and Edge. 

Happens on phone browsers too
