Login Loop -> Cannot access my account

I have not been able to login into my account to manage anything.

I registered for an internet plan with my new apartment, I set up my login information, but after that I have not been able to login into

anything.

I have tried the website, the app, the xfinity chat, etc. this forum is the first thing that allowed me to do anything. When trying to login it either says my access is restricted(mobile app) logs me in but acts like it didn’t and ask me the same question (chat), or I see my profile bubble for two seconds before it automatically goes back to sign out (website).

I even tried registering for a new plan to see if I put in my info wrong and it told me it noticed another account, do I want to link, I said yes, but that did not help.

I really need an xfinity employee to help me on this.

To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
