Login Issue
New customer here. I put an order in today and received the order confirmation email. However, It does not allow me to login, it will log me out immediately and asking me to login again. Tried to log in on the new xfinity app and it got an error message "Access not Authorized, you signed in successfully, but you must be an xfinity user to enjoy this service." Again, I got the order confirmation email.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
