Login Error

I cannot login to my account through the app or online. I have the right information and reset my password three times. The error still prompts after I verify my information with entering the code sent with the two way authentication. I’ve contacted an agent multiple times and there was no resolution.

Hello @user_cruxrm, thank you so much for trying to go through those self-service resets. These days, we all have so many log in credentials, and I know having to go through any reset step's always makes me a bit annoyed, so I can only imagine what you've been going through. By chance, have you tried to log in on any other devices to confirm if this is a device specific issue? Also, can you please confirm the app and website you're attempting to log into?

Hello,

I have attempted to login on with another device prior to reaching out. I’ve tried logging into the Xfinity App that routes me to idm.xfinity.com and on Xfinity.com. It gives the 2 way authentication code sent to my phone and verified, then gives the same error of sorry we ran into a problem.
