@user_5fuzu9 Sure! Tell me what you are experiencing that is keeping you from logging in? Is this online or through the Xfinity App? 

 

 

To log in to your Xfinity account, use your Xfinity ID (email, mobile, or username) and password on the Xfinity app or online at your account page. If you forgot your ID or password, you can recover them through the provided links or by calling customer support. You can also access your account via your X1 TV Box by pressing the xfinity button on your remote and selecting My Account. For mobile users, download the Xfinity app, open it, and sign in with your credentials.

To log in to the Xfinity App, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Xfinity App on your device.
  2. Enter your Xfinity ID (or email address) and password. If you are the Primary Account Holder, use the primary email address associated with your account.
  3. Tap Sign In.

If you don't have an account, you can create one. If you forget your username or password, you can retrieve or reset them through the app or the Xfinity website.
