I understand wanting to have access to invoices, and would like to investigate the log in concern further if you're still experiencing issues. Please follow up at your convenience if you still need help, if so the following information will be helpful:

- Do you currently have an active account?
- Where are you attempting to log in at online, the Xfinity App, both? 
- Are you logging in with a Xfinity ID that is either the primary or manager level?
