Logging out

I am a new customer moving into my first apartment. I created an account yesterday and was trying to purchase my plan. I was having issues with staying logged in. Tried from safari, to google, to edge, yahoo you name it. Sometimes I get to the check out screen sometimes I get kicked back to the homepage in the process of customizing my plan. If I get to the checkout screen after adding my bank info etc. I click summit order it loads for a few seconds and kicks me out to the homepage and I have to restart. I have done this now 4 times and I’m frustrated. What’s the issue??

Hello, @user_122319 Have you tried to purchase a plan using a different device? I also recommend clearing your cache and cookies and then restarting the browser to see if it is successful.

@user_122319 Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

  1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
  2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
  4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
