logging into Xfinity

I have been having an issue for a couple weeks now logging into, watch tv online and check email from my laptop. When I use my email or watch tv shortcuts on the desktop using Roboform password manager, email is filled and submitted it then drops down to the sign in as someone else box and is highlighted but returns back to the email sign in box. The only way to sign in is to fill and submit manually. I have reinstalled Robo., redone the sign ins on Robo, I have re-created the shortcuts. Iolo (Roboform) cannot recreate the problem on there end, it works for them. This is one of those "it was working" problems.

@RND1023 Hi there, we can really only troubleshoot if there are issues signing into our sites and not through a third party manager. Have you reached out to Robo at all?

@XfinityJodie​ Please read the post. I didn't expect anything from Xfinity. I was hoping someone else would have similar sign in issues.
