My apartment handles the billing for my Xfinity Internet. They said all I had to do was go and pick up the equipment. However, it keeps asking for my phone number which is my phone number, but it is linked to an an old account. It doesn’t have my current address or anything else on it and it won’t let me go any further than that and I’m just stuck in a loop.

Oh, no! Sorry for the trouble. We'll be happy to look into this for you and assist with getting your internet service. We'll need to get your name, and complete service address in a Direct Message. We look forward to your message.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
