Log In Won’t Work (log in loop)

I just created a new account and ordered an internet/cable package. I am now unable to sign in. I cleared the cache, turned off my

phone, switched browsers, used a desktop, and reset my password. I get the same “hmm doesn’t work try again later” message each time. Please help me fix this issue. I have no idea if the original order even went through.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
