Log in- website

I've been trying to log into my account for over an hour. Every time I enter my info I get rerouted to the login screen. The information is correct. I can't seem to speak with a human to address the issue, so I've recorded it. I need an actual human being to explain. Contact me and view the customer experience and tell me why this is happening, so that I can finally log in and cancel this service. I won't keep paying for this.

I've been having log in problems (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET) this month (July 2023) when attempting to access my bill from my Windows laptop using MSFT's Edge browser. It seems that all of the help I can find begins with step 1 being "please log in" ~:-/

Well sooner or later the Ivory tower shirts will realize that Xfinity has a problem.

BTW, I was able to log in using the browser (Brave) on my iPhone. But that's not where I want a copy of my bill.
