Log in loop

I get log in loop on both site and app. I have tried clearing cache, data and cookies. I have tried it from multiple browsers and connections and devices.

When I try to use Xfinity Assistant it goes like this:

I have also tried recreating my xfinity ID and get this:

This information doesn't match our records

Hi I am also getting the exact same error. I am a new customer trying to order internet and cannot login to my newly created Xfinity ID.
