Locked out account

Your new password policy [Edited: "Language"/"Inflammatory"].  [Edited: "Inflammatory"] for those who got rid of your [Edited: "Language"/"Inflammatory"] service and was told you will never have issues accessing your email.  Well now I’m locked out and have been on hold for over two hours to get time sensitive data off my email.  Fix your [Edited: "Language"] platform and stick to your word.
